Ingredients

• 25ml Dà Mhìle New Make Spirit or

• 50ml Dà Mhìle Grain Vodka

• Crack of black pepper

• Dash of hot sauce

• Worcester sauce

• Celery bitters

• Tomato juice

• Rosemary sprig, celery stick and lemon slice to garnish

Method

• Crack black pepper into a tall glass and top with a dash of hot sauce to taste, Worcester sauce, celery bitters to taste and chosen spirit.

• Fill your glass with ice and top with tomato juice

• Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, a celery stick and a slice of lemon.
