Filthy Martini

A Dà Mhìle twist on the iconic ‘Dirty’ Martini. It is perfect for drinkers who prefer a saltier profile. The olive brine helps the umami notes found in Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin shine through.

  • 65ml Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth
  • 3 olives
  • 10ml olive brine
  • Extra olives to garnish
  • Martini Glass
  • Mixing Jug
  • Muddler
  • Add 3 olives to a mixing jug and muddle
  • Top up with Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin, Dry Vermouth and Olive brine
  • Fill the jug with ice and sir continuously for around 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to chill and dilute slightly
  • Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with olives
