Filthy Martini
A Dà Mhìle twist on the iconic ‘Dirty’ Martini. It is perfect for drinkers who prefer a saltier profile. The olive brine helps the umami notes found in Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin shine through.
Ingredients
65ml Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
3 olives
10ml olive brine
Extra olives to garnish
Equipment
Martini glass
Mixing jug
Muddler
Method
Add 3 olives to a mixing jug and muddle
Top up with Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin, Dry Vermouth and Olive brine
Fill the jug with ice and sir continuously for around 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to chill and dilute slightly
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with olives
