Filthy Martini
A Dà Mhìle twist on the iconic ‘Dirty’ Martini. It is perfect for drinkers who prefer a saltier profile. The olive brine helps the umami notes found in Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin shine through.
- 65ml Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- 3 olives
- 10ml olive brine
- Extra olives to garnish
- Martini Glass
- Mixing Jug
- Muddler
- Add 3 olives to a mixing jug and muddle
- Top up with Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin, Dry Vermouth and Olive brine
- Fill the jug with ice and sir continuously for around 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to chill and dilute slightly
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with olives
