Sloe Days
Similar to a martini, celebrating our fruity spirits, in a flute!
- 50ml Dà Mhìle Sloe Gin
- 20ml Dà Mhìle Apple brandy
- 10ml Honey syrup/agave syrup
- 10ml Fresh lime juice
- 10ml Dry vermouth
- Champagne flute
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail strainer
- Fill a flute glass with ice and water and set a side to chill.
- Add the Dà Mhìle Sloe Gin and Dà Mhìle Apple brandy with the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well for 10 seconds.
- Empty the flute glass of ice and double/fine strain the drink into the glass
- Garnish with a frozen sloe berry
