- 50ml Dà Mhìle Organic Gin
- 30ml Beetroot and Rhubarb Shrub
- 75-100ml Fever-Tree tonic water
- Highball glass
- Make a beetroot and rhubarb shrub 5 days in advance
- Fill the highball glass with ice cube and add a large measure of Dà Mhìle Organic Gin and the Beetroot and Rhubarb Shrub
- Top with tonic water and stir
