Orange and ginger Dà Mhìle Oak Aged Gin and tonic
- 50ml Dà Mhìle Oak Aged Gin
- 40ml Orange and Ginger Tonic Syrup
- 100ml Soda water
- Highball glass
- Make an Orange and Ginger Tonic Syrup 3 days in advance
- Fill the highball glass with ice cube and add a large measure of Dà Mhìle Oak Aged Gin and top with tonic water
- Stir in 40ml of the flavoured tonic syrup and finish with a curl of orange peel to garnish
