Orange and ginger oak aged gin and tonic
Ingredients
100ml Soda water

Highball glass
Method
Make an orange and ginger tonic syrup 3 days in advance
Fill the highball glass with ice cube and add a large measure of Dà Mhìle Oak Aged Gin and top with tonic water
Stir in 40ml of the flavoured tonic syrup and finish with a curl of orange peel to garnish
