Orange and ginger Dà Mhìle Oak Aged Gin and tonic

  • Highball glass
  • Make an Orange and Ginger Tonic Syrup 3 days in advance
  • Fill the highball glass with ice cube and add a large measure of Dà Mhìle Oak Aged Gin and top with tonic water
  • Stir in 40ml of the flavoured tonic syrup and finish with a curl of orange peel to garnish
