Kool as a Kucumber

Sometimes the simple recipes are the best. This sweet cooler is perfect to showcase the refreshing taste of Dà Mhìle Cucumber Vodka.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Dà Mhìle Cucumber Vodka

  • 75ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

  • 75ml Still Sweet Cider (eg. A cider made from the kingston black apple variety)

  • Apple and Lemon to garnish

Equipment

  • Highball glass

Method

  • Fill a 250-300ml highball glass with ice to chill

  • Pour over the Dà Mhìle Cucumber Vodka and add equal measures of ginger ale and sweet cider

  • Stir briefly and garnish with thin slices of fresh apple and a curl of lemon peel to finish
