Gynhaeaf

An autumnal treat packed full of fruity autumnal flavours.

  • Cocktail mixing glass or jug
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Rocks glass
  • Make a blackberry shrub 5 days in advance
  • Add ice to the mixing glass or jug and allow to cool
  • Measure in the Dà Mhìle Apple Brandy and add the blackberry shrub, Dà Mhìle Orange 33 and chocolate bitters
  • Stir for 30 seconds and strain directly into a rocks glass over a fresh king size ice cube
  • Finish with a garnish of orange peel and fresh blackberries
