Echinus Melo
Much like it’s name sake “echinus melo” (melon sea urchin) this ocean inspired drink is spiked
- 25ml Dà Mhìle Seaweed gin
- 25ml Dà Mhìle Cucumber vodka
- 75ml Melon juice (blitzed melon)
- 25ml Cucumber water
- Blender
- Fine sieve
- Highball glass
- Blend cucumber and sieve to extract the cloudy green liquid
- Pour 25ml of the extracted cucumber water into a highball glass filled with crushed ice
- Add a shot of Dà Mhìle seaweed gin, Dà Mhìle cucumber vodka, and a large measure of melon juice before stirring for 10 seconds
- Finish with a thin slice of cucumber and curl of cucumber peel to garnish
