Summer G&T
A cocktail for those long summer days, or days that you’re dreaming of summer! Careful though, this one is addictive!
Ingredients
• 50ml Dà Mhìle Pink Gin
• 30ml Strawberry and Basil syrup
• 100ml Fever-Tree tonic water
Equipment
• Highball glass
Method
• Make a strawberry and basil syrup at least 1 hour in advance
• Fill the highball glass with ice cube and add a large measure of Dà Mhìle Pink Gin and top with tonic water
• Stir in 30ml of the strawberry and basil syrup then garnish with fresh strawberries and cracked black pepper to taste
