This single cask bottling truly highlights the flavours of a first fill Madeira cask.

As with all our spirits, our single malt whisky is made from purely organic ingredients. The organic barley, grown in the UK back in 2015 and expertly fermented and distilled into new spirit in early 2016, was placed into a first fill Madeira cask where it lay maturing until being bottled this Autumn.

Nose

An instant hit of honeysuckle sweetness, almond and caramelised butter, followed by light vanilla and warmed oak wood.

Mouth:

The initial hint of dried fruit carries throughout; followed by toasted oak and liquorice which all become enveloped by the whiskies warm embrace.

Finish:

The warmth continues until the end, emanating flavours of toasted oak and dark chocolate.
