Oak-Aged Gin Old-Fashioned
A healthy measure of earthy Dà Mhìle Oak-Aged Gin with a few dashes of bitters and sugar syrup. Incredibly simple, equally classic and, with the right gin, incredibly tasty!
- 50ml Dà Mhìle Apple Brandy
- 10ml simple sugar syrup
- Dash of bitters (we use Angostura)
- Orange peel twist to garnish
- Muddler or bar spoon
- Add simple sugar syrup to a glass with a couple of dashes of bitters
- Place a large ice cube in your glass and stir to combine
- Top with a Dà Mhìle Oak-Aged Gin and a twist of orange peel
